I was also extremely impressed by the leather and metal snaps attachment, that enables the cord to be wrapped up and secured if you don't need the extra length, and the length of the cord is perfect!I've seen cords that advertise the type of durability these cords actually have, for $20-$30.00, yet you find yourself repurchasing within a few months (which I suppose is better than the cheap ones that tend to malfunction after only a few uses), but my cords are used by my five children, plus their teenage friends that come over, and DEFINITELY have been through some wear and tear (as in, people walking through the cord that's running from the outlet to the other side of a hallway, REPETITIVELY yanking the cord from the wall or device, to my dismay), but the durability is astonishing to me!I'm actually going to purchase several more (not that I feel I'll be needing a replacement any time soon), just in case, because it would be just my luck to have it for several years, and then when it finally does give up, or get lost, to not be able to find another, or find that it's actually priced accurately, haha!
