JVC Full Sized Over Ear Headband Over Ear Full Size Headband Black (HARX330)

    • Directly behind cloth inside earpieces is hard plastic that also has a sharp edge
    • The construction is cheap as you'd expect in this price range, but the plastic is particularly brittle and thin, if you drop them from your head the headband would probably break, these are not to be twisted in any way
    • I really like this set of head phones, but it has a headband of hard plastic and it can hurt the top of my head after a few hours of listening to music.
    • The material is not breathable and the plastic on the top head band tends to hurt with extended use, no cushion.
    • The band at the top that rests on your head is plastic, but a flexible plastic
    • The plastic piece that stops the speaker from spinning too far broke, and I suspect eventually I'll need to glue the speaker, to keep it from falling off.
    • JVC calls this their "Direct Sound Delivery System" as the hard plastic is the front of the driver
    • These are a hard plastic which I have concerns about breaking.
    • The only issue I have is the plastic around the plug is a tad thicker that on most headphones and prevents the headphones from being able to be fully plugged into my iPhone with an otter box case on it.
    • Headband is hard plastic, not comfortable after a while
    • They seem comfortable at first, but the hard plastic over the speakers pushes against my ears and eventually causes soreness
    • cheap plastic
    • They seem comfortable at first, but the hard plastic over the speakers pushes against my ears and eventually causes soreness
    • These are ok, used them last 6 months or so, they are comfortable, save the hard plastic piece over the head
    • I just dislike the plastic its made out of and the wire is like 4feet long but the quality of them is good.
    • I just wish the plastic was more durable.
    • The hard plastic makes it very uncomfortable and I suspect you'd very soon have a headache if you tried to use them for an extended period of time
    • There is an awful plastic smell that stayed on for two weeks
    • I had high hopes for this product however the headband is a rigid plastic and becomes painful over time, I noticed no quality improvements over say my pair of Apple earbuds and the cushioning around the earpieces is rather rigid and hurts the ears
    • The plastic they use is extremely weak
    • NEUTRAL-Sound Isolation is what you'd expect for $16-Sound Quality is what you'd expect for $16Negs-Brittle, extremely cheap plastic.
    • Overall 2/5QUALITY OF MATERIALSAs mentioned before, the cushion around the ears are really comfortable, but what concerns me is how everything is constructed with what seems like cheap plastic
    • Cons:Somewhat cheap materials (plastic head-band / hard plastic attaches ear-cups to head-band)
    • Like a very loose bendy plastic, with overly firm foam padding around the ears, a cheap, light cord, and hard un-padded plastic that arcs up over the head
    • I'm always apprehensive about that spot breaking on full size headphones if made from hard plastic.
    • However the headband is not long enough for my head size and is made of cheap hard plastic
    • Cheap plastic has no chance in my household.
    • The head rest is a hard plastic that's light weight and soft on your head.
    • The other pieces of the headphones that concern me are the hard plastic pieces where the ear-cups attach to the head-band.
    • But the plastic on top hurts the top of your head
    • The only problem is the headband is not cushioned like it says (it's just hard plastic), so it's a little uncomfortable on the top of your head to wear for very long periods of time, but besides that I am not complaining
    • With these headphones, you're paying for a piece of cheap plastic crap manufactured in China
    • Having said that, here's the one things I would change about them: the hard plastic top on them is uncomfortable
    • The top headpiece is molded plastic, but adjustable and with reasonable care should suffice
    • If the top plastic band between the phones were padded a bit underneath (it's a bit pokey), or if the ear pieces felt a bit comfier around my ears (I don't have big ears, but these seem to press down the tops, no matter how I rotate them), I would give it 5 stars.
    • The only complaint I have is the piece that rests on the top of your head is hard plastic with no padding at all and after a short time it gets uncomfortable.
    • Really cheap light plastic
    • I give it 3 out of 4 as the headset is made from cheap plastic in comparison to more higher quality materials and craftsmanship
    • Only draw back is that I've got a bald head with no natural "hair padding", and the "band" across the top of the phones is very hard plastic (a little uncomfortable across the top of my head
    • But the plastic on top hurts the top of your head
    • The sound quality is HORRIBLE, headphones POP, cheap plastic construction makes these very uncomfortable to wear
    • It is fairly light for its size but the build quality is not vey stout, but for the price of cheap earbuds, I really can't complain as it held up well under daily use over a year
    • For $13 though I am not going to complain too much as again, the sound is awesome.
    • A pretty good headphone, normally, I use my westone 3 for listening to music, I wanna a headphone because it's also works as a
    • The sound is okay but the noise leaks out of the headphones A
    • I recommend it for gamers as well as for listening to music
    • But after these arrived, I was pleasantly surprised by the nice range of sounds I was getting from my little MP3 player, as well as from my PC.With regard to price to quality ratio, I'd say this is a very good buy
    • They are ok not as loud as I like and the bass is not as loud as I like but these are good for everyday use.
    • I'm in the military and my sleep area is right next to a loud a/c unit
