Most ear phones hurt my ears, but not these.

When running they don't always stay in your ear and after having them in too long they start to hurt your ear.

Furthermore, fresh ear wax would build up inside of the buds, and the JVCs don't have that problem.

Love the adjustable ear hooks

There's an extra piece on the ear bud that doesn't fit, the ears are adjustable but never stayed put they kept sliding back down

:Have an adjustable ear clip to accomodate those with "longer" ears.

It occasionally hurts my ears but its not bothersome

Sound quality has been very good for what I used it for (listening to podcasts while taking the dog for long walks).But on this morning's walk the signal to the right ear piece began to cut in and out and finally died

Everyone's ears are different and these may work great for some but the ear bud is hard plastic and sits awkwardly in my ear

These are, by far, the BEST ear buds I've ever had on the 26 yrs I've been working out!

Would recommend especially for those whose ears are hard to fit.

What I didn't realize is that these do not have silicone coverings over the earbuds, and are also therefore unable to be adjusted to fit different size ears

the soft rubber ear clips are annoying, as they are too large, and can't be bent into a comfortable shape to fit correctly aroundyour ears.

I have small ear canals, so even though this is a quality set and it stays around the ears very well, the buds that go in the ear canal hurt my ear.

The ear-buds are hard plastic and really hurt my ears.

They deliver a nice sound and fit my ears well, but early on the switch started to fail.

The ear clips are flexible so they don't hurt my ears too much (after an hour, I will feel a slight pressure), and there are a few notches of adjustment moving the clips higher or lower

I bought these because of the clip around the ear, however it is huge and just keeps falling off my ear

The piece that wraps around your ear is flimsy and the ear buds uncomfortable

If placed snug enough to not fall while running, they will make your ears feel sore

Doesn't bother my ears and provides good sound.

The sound quality is nice, the microphone is great, but allas, after an our of wear, my ears started to get sore, and since I need headphones all day at work these won't work for me.

I had a previous set of JVC earphones that were similar to these in that they were over-the-ear, but I lost one of the foam ear coverings

Also I have a tragus piercing in my right ear that typically isn't a problem with other earpieces, but with the bulkiness of this piece it doesn't make for a very good fit
