    JVC HAS160W Headphones

    • I use to drown out ambient noise at work
    • They choke out a little ambient noise, but not so much you can't understand someone talking to you.
    • They seem to reproduce everything accurately enough - considering they don't cover your full ear and isolate ambient noise
    • And I notice that it dampens the annoying ambient noise around me (cell-phones, talking, lifters grunting, overhead music, announcements from front desk, tread mills pounding, etc.)
    • Wish they were not broken as they looked great, small not heavy or bulky and would have been comfortable to wear
    • I was going to add "for the price" but honestly, I think they sound nearly as good as my Bose QC 25, though they don't have noise cancelling, of course.
    • They would work much better in a low noise environment as, again they are not studio headphones
    • The bass doesn't sound as rich as on the expensive pair of headphones I no longer use, but it sounds much better than the cheap headphones I was using
    • I would not recommend as it is not durable for intended use.
    • Down to 3 stars from 4 stars after breaking!I share an office with three others and I often like to listen to music while I work
    • but if I am listening to music or watching a movie and don't want to disturb my roommates I much prefer external headphones as buds can make your ears itch
    • well I assumed
    • I bought three sets of these, thinking when they break I'll just toss them out
    • sh e loves them
