I appreciate the soft ear cushions.

The on-ear design assures that the user isn't totally isolated from the environment (important in my case) and the sound produced is pleasing and the headphones handle everything from Doo Wop to Wagner without disappointing

These are very reasonable and won't hurt your ears on the inside or outside.

These JVC headphones are not comfortable, sound is junk and they feel like they will slide off your ears.

Even then, one ear only stopped working because the cord got caught on something when I was walking, which made me give it a very hard yank.

For me however, they do press quite hard on my ears and my ears begin to really hurt after 20 minutes or so.

I was going to add "for the price" but honestly, I think they sound nearly as good as my Bose QC 25, though they don't have noise cancelling, of course.

They would work much better in a low noise environment as, again they are not studio headphones

The bass doesn't sound as rich as on the expensive pair of headphones I no longer use, but it sounds much better than the cheap headphones I was using

I would not recommend as it is not durable for intended use.
