I've gone through a lot of cheap headphones and irritating earbuds and these are pretty amazing for the small price you pay for them

earbuds are more convenient but these are SO much more

I am not a headphone expert, but I've owned every type from cheap earbuds to professional studio monitor headphones, and these are easily among my favorites.

The sound is no better than the cheap earbuds that come free with every iPod, cell phone, and mp3 player.

I was going to add "for the price" but honestly, I think they sound nearly as good as my Bose QC 25, though they don't have noise cancelling, of course.

They would work much better in a low noise environment as, again they are not studio headphones

The bass doesn't sound as rich as on the expensive pair of headphones I no longer use, but it sounds much better than the cheap headphones I was using

I would not recommend as it is not durable for intended use.
