Cleaner works great as the dirt will flow off and the pump sprayer is preferred over the aerosol ensuring you will get it to work right down to the last drop

The cleaner is almost odorless and worked like a charm getting the dirt loose

This would be the side that would accumulate stuff like small pebbles, bugs, loose dirt, etc

Detergent cleaned dirt and grease right off the filter

One product is to clean the filter,the other is to coat the filter to enable it to trap the dirt

I can't attest to the 50k mile claim for cleaning but after 7-8k miles of dusty dirt roads the filter was much cleaner than I expected

I had a very dirty K & N filter and the cleaning solution did a great job removing the dark colored dirt.

But it really got the job done and cleaned out dirt and debris between the K&N/AEM (engine) air filter material

I took it off and used a toothbrush to get all the heavy dirt and bugs out from the filter

I hadn't cleaned my air filter in about 5 years of riding on my GSX-R (I know, I know) so my filter probably had a millimeter or two of buildup

Don`t overdo the oil application
