I have gone through three chairs in the last year due to most of them not providing adequate cushion or proper tilt adjustability.

Im 5 1 and my neck doesn’t get support i like the cushion and its so much nicer then leather in my opinion

The cushion isn't friendly for extended sitting periods

After sitting through it for 8 hours I have to say that I absolutely love this chair, specially the leather seat cushion because it is so damn comfortable
