There were other models and makes that were more expensive, but for a little money- it is a great little instrument with rich tones

Great beginner instrument, but would move up to higher quality for any serious playing.

My C string has a little "whistle" to it which is common of cheaper instruments or ones that have not been "set up"

I bought a uke because I wanted an easy instrument and thought that the uke would be it, but interestingly I started watching Youtube videos and found Jake S. (the best uke player in the world) and discovered that anything, even a ukulele can be as easy or as complex as you want it

The instrument, so far, stays in tune pretty well, and has more rich and beautiful tone than I expected
