It does work I had terribly cracked heals and they did improve quite a bit when I was using it

but I was wrong this really works ,used it one

To really heal, you have to use this every night until your feet are healed, and this works a lot better - and a lot faster - if you don a pair of fairly loose socks overnight while the ointment does its work
