When assembling I was pretty disappointed, they are big pieces of cheapo molded plastic that are held together by chunky plastic screws of dubious quality

However, I'm missing one large screw for step 12 that I'm trying to get them to send me.

Easy Assemble (not one screw)

The reason I'm give it only 3 stars is due to the double seater was missing screws I did called

All of the pieces arrived intact, except there was a small part of one of the screw holes that was cracked so we’ll see how that stands up

I believe the assembly problem is the fault of incomplete instructions that don't tell consumer that the screw receptacle plates (1 for each screw) must be placed on proper side or else screw is stripped or not secure
