The best thing about this machine is the frother

If I HAD to say one bad thing it would be that if you want more than one espresso shot you have to use more than 1 kcup, which if you want like 5 shots of espresso every day might be pricey

This is the absolute best thing that will ever happen to your kitchen or office (short of a remodel).

We nursed it along as things aged and broke.

The espresso/coffee shots use the same K-cups as the regular coffees (though you can get special "espresso roast" K-cups), which keeps things convenient/easy as we don't have to get different types of pods

Easy to set up and fairly easy to figure out...which is a good thing because there really aren't any instructions.

Great thing to do if you like more bold tasting coffee

Some froth a bit better than others bujt the important thing is that they froth

True, it does not make a "legit" espresso, but the "strong" option on the machine gives me the next best thing with a dark or espresso roast.
