Every time I use a bit to turn a screw, it falls out and stays behind in the screw head

I used a few times, and it broke

The klein lies in the trash can because it cost me precious time on the job site.

Now the bit holder won't stay put!Infuriating to have to spend top dollar on a tool and have it break the second time I used it.

and it's come in handy multiple times

Great product and time saver

First time I used both the 1/4 bits fallout the locking ball was broken

The second time I used it, the ball bearing and spring popped out of the holder and were lost.

Half the time when I pull it out of my tool belt, the bit has fallen out and I have to fish around for it

Broke the First Time I Used It

Have had many klein multi screwdrivers in the past, seams like every time I buy one it gets crappier and crappier

Almost every time I use it the bits fall out, took me about of week to lose a bit

I have used it countless times to gain access to panels, locks, etc.

The problem that I am experiencing with the 11 in 1 that I received is that the bits easily fall out of the tool, as a matter of fact it happens every time I have used it.

went to use it for the first time needless to say I think it's junk
