And, this will shake the house.

Took a few weeks to really break it in ...but for a 10" woofer this thing can shake the house

and I didn't want to blow our new smaller house away, but still wanted powerful bass that I could feel.

I expect that, if I chose to really crank it up, that it would shake not only my house, but that of my neigbors too
