Personally, I recommend getting "No" Button, the "Bull S#%@" Button or megaphone (all on Amazon), then using them on your co-workers, and following up with this great "apology" pad.

the pads are good liked the sayings an one goes into my sons lunch every day he likes the notes

This nifty notes apology pad is actually a very handy item when you get yourself in trouble with your parents, girl/boyfriend, siblings, or anyone you happen to meet during the course of your life and hurt
