Good color and brightness and clarity is decent too.
-
Still great color and monochrome detail.
-
There are only two things wrong with the result: Poor color and poor resolution
-
BUT - the vibrant color on the slides is lost due to the machine "correcting" the color
-
Perfect for old B&W negatives and 35 mm color slides
-
The color was amazing, and it was so fun to see faces I hadn't seen in forever!
-
Therefore, the bright colors in my Kodachrome slides is lost
-
I've tried just fine (35mm monochrome, color, and slides), but I would've liked an ejection rod of sorts for handling individual frames (with or without a slide).
-
However, I've attached a scan which came out quite well, and shows the resolution and color capability of the unit
-
Not to mention the fact that the slides have beautiful color but when inserted into scanner, it was yellow.
-
You can correct brightness and color if needed and printing and enlarging from saved scanned negatives is above my expectations

Therefore, the bright colors in my Kodachrome slides is lost

BUT - the vibrant color on the slides is lost due to the machine "correcting" the color

Scans of slides and negatives are fuzzy, out of focus, and have gray cast, from sharp, true color slides
-
The scanner is easy to us, the colors are fantastic, and I have a long way to
-
Very simple to use, 14 Megapixel scans with good color
-
I only usedit to convert color negative 35mm images.
-
Doesn't scan color positive slides, doesn't come with nor tells you to order an SD card
-
Even without the right colors, I could tell that the scans were not crisp and I suspect the color wouldn't be any better than with the negatives
-
The color is awful and not going to redo the color on every pic
-
Saved images were clear and color accurate
-
The color in some slides was perfect.
