I have run a couple of thousand slides through this unit and I can't say enough good things about it

The hardest part is that the slides have to be cleaned quite well - the scanner will pick up dust and other imperfections - it is very sensitive (that is a positive thing)

There are only two things wrong with the result: Poor color and poor resolution

Scans are not as sharp as I was expecting, and require extra editing for color correction.
