Had the product for a couple of months and now when I put the usb in my ps4 it keeps saying too many usb ports are being used and will not work

The USB ports are dead as well as the fan

The stand took up both of the USB ports on the PS4 and the USB ports didn’t work

However, the 3 usb ports in the front were defective

All 3 Front USB ports were not working

The extra USB ports are super helpful for USB charging cables and wireless headphone accessories

The only problem was that the stand uses both usb ports on the front of the PS4 and external hard drives don’t work on the extended USB slots on the stand

Finally, the 3 USB ports don't work: not just one or two, but all 3
