    Koss VC20 Volume Control

    • Works well great way to extend the headphone cord while controlling the sound.
    • I use this to adjust radio volume through headphones in a more useful way.
    • A very inexpensive way to save your hearing on a treadmill with cheap volume controllers that won't let you get the right volume setting--either too soft or so loud it was ruining my hearing
    • This was an easy, inexpensive way to add volume control and it worked perfectly!
    • This was an easy, inexpensive way to add volume control and it worked perfectly!
    • This works perfectly for me as a way to use headphones and control the volume from the line out port on my monitor.
    • A convenient way to "tweak" your volume level.
    • In some cases with computers and the DVD player, there wasn't a convenient way to adjust the volume during a show without reaching the speakers and this did the trick.
    • I was looking for a better way to control the volume on my iPod when traveling on airplanes.
    • I'm taking a star off because of the weird way the packaging proclaims that it increases the volume (and adds it in French, too, "AUGMENTE LE VOLUME")
    • Hard to find things like this that truly work the way they are intended.

    • Koss VC20 provides a great way to lower or completely cut off the earphone volume.
    • I would recommend it to someone looking for an expensive way to increase volume slightly
    • Anyone who ever had a short in their headphones will know how extremely annoying it is to have to be twisting the cord this way and that trying to find that "sweet spot" where the both sides work
    • This little volume control was the perfect way to have a bit of easy control when I need to adjust volume on the go
    • The only suggestion I would make to Koss, is to find some inexpensive, yet durable and effective way to provide a Scale of markings to show where the volume control is set, and make it easier to return to the exact same setting or settings when desired or necessary
    • Really dumb way to design something.
    • I have also tried it on my iPod, and it's a much more convenient way to trim the volume than fumbling for the touch screen or wheel
    • I use this to attenuate way-too-loud signals for my in-ear headphones, and an accidental volume increase can be very unpleasant!
    • This way we can both have it as loud or as low as we want.
    • Agreed, it was inexpensive, but I still have a volume problem almost as bad as before I got it.
    • Works exactly as I expected
    • Overall it works and gives me a way to control the volume but not as sensitive as I would like.
    • it works as it should and faces rude treatment during use yet continues to work
    • THe price was right and the thing works as I expected it to
    • Works exactly as it is supposed to
