I wasted all my time, money and efforts on a phone purchase that will not work with the network I wanted to change to............... drat it!Just because it is a GSM "unlocked" phone does NOT mean it will work with all networks - and it certainly will not work Consumer Cellular Network - hopes this saves some folks the aggravation of going down this same road I just traveled.

After being told by the "Seller" that this "unlocked" Kyocera DuraXE E4710 military grade cell phone would work with Consumer Cellular network - I bought one - IT DOES NOT WORK WITH CONSUMER CELLULAR network!I tested the phone before attempting and buying the Consumer Cellular SIM card and found the phone to have very good standby times - paid to have my old Verizon GZ1 Boulder phone contacts transferred to this phone (not an easy process at all as it took 4 hours) - and today after spending another 3 hours on the phone at Consumer Cellular customer service find
