First camera (also refurb from same listing) had a faulty lens cover on arrival, no problem with return

I told THEM the lens is dirty, but they want $75 to tell ME my lens is dirty

f/3.3-6.4 zoom lens, 18 Mega pixels, 4K Video, Great quality Viewfinder, 1/2" sensor, made me very happy with my purchase

This dirty lens happens during first vacations with a new camera

I have had three Panasonic cameras and every single one has the same problem where the inner lens gets very dirty, making the camera unusable

The good things about the camera are (1) very good lens in its class, especially macro photography, (2) possible to control the camera fully through user-defined buttons instead of menus, (3) raw format support, (4) very good battery life (after the bells and whistles have been turned off)

I had a bit of difficulty at first transferring photos from the camera to my smartphone, but l am more confident in my success now
