Yes, I know it is a chalkboard pen, but I purchased a better chalkboard pen earlier and tried that on the sticker and it worked SO much better

The pen writes well, has a reasonably fine tip, and words can be darkened a bit once the first go dries

The size variations were nice but the pen that comes with it is crap so invest in a fine point chalk pen.

Also the pen doesn’t even write well on the stickers.

The labels are just what I needed but the pen is worthless

My only gripe is the pen isn't that great - I have to go over the same letters several times to get a nice even chalk-looking coverage.

I've tried shaking the pen, storing the pen ink side down, etc, but regardless of what I do, the writing appears a bit more watered down than I would like with the white ink pooling on the corners of my letters on the label.

If the pen was better, I would give this review five stars.

Pen works great.

It does alright the pen could be a lot better, it wipes off easily with finger.

* the pen that comes with chalkboard labels isn't usually great quality, usually if your hand brushes it it will smudge
