Lamy Safari Fountain Pen - Charcoal - Fine

    • Here's why:Pros-Will not cost you an arm and a leg as some other fountain pens will coughMontblanc-Sturdy moulded plastic design is scratch, dent, and general abuse resistant
    • Its design is really fantastic, even the design of its package
    • The Al Star might work better than this plastic Safari, but neither is really designed with tactical needs in mind.
    • Its gotten a few second looks due to its clean design and a few questions about where I got it.
    • It almost looks like "my first fountain pen" in comparison to some of their other sleeker designs at a similar price point.
    • I like the design
    • I personally like the clean, no frills design.
    • The design with the clip looking like a paper clip is horrible
    • The design looks nice, but when it comes to writing you want it to feel good in your hand.
    • It may not look like much at first, but you'll soon grow to appreciate its design
    • Bad design
    • I do like the rugged/utilitarian design, though, and maybe I'll try one again in the future and see if I have better luck.
    • First and foremost, I absolutely love the spartan design this pen features
    • One great design feature is the 2 windows/cut away on either side of the barrel
    • It has a great modern design, writes well, and its tough
    • I like the design and the surface treatment of the pen body
    • Good to use, nice design, great quality, I love it!
    • Love the Lamy Safari Design and happy to add this to my collection
    • but I think better design should be expected.
    • Great design, not too heavy, nice flow of ink!
    • Great feel, sleek and sexy design, and writes like a charm.
    • The pen is well constructed and designed.
    • The design is rather boring, but that is to be expected
    • Otherwise, the design, weight, and packaging was really nice.
    • So for less than $30, you get a lovely designed pen that writes well and won't break the bank if you need to replace it.
    • it's anothe master designed pen with next to perfect weight balance, GOOD for Big and medium palms
    • The design has no unnecessary flourish or decoration, so it doesn't look like you're trying to show off by using a super fancy pen.
    • Its design is modern, beautiful and, mainly, practical
    • The design is sturdy and sleek.
    • This pen has renewed my desire to write stuff down, which is a great feeling.- Design is solid, very light and easy to write with
    • It's nicely designed and comfortable to hold.
    • There is a lifetime warranty on the pen, with a small (?) handling fee of $9.00 US.All things considered I'm pleased with my new pen and would recommend it to others who are looking for a well designed but plain looking instrument.
    • The EF enables, yes, this one really does, faster writing, cleanest line, least dispersion, consistency, very nice design to hold
    • Well it's design is beautifully understated
    • It ergonomically well designed and the ink flows well
    • It has a stylish modern design and feels great in the hand.
    • Pieces stay snug, great ergo design for handling whether left or right-handed.
    • Thanks to Reward Design for the great customer service.
    • Good pen to write with, needs a more secure cap design before I'd consider this one again.
    • Writes wonderfully, and I love the German industrial design
    • Not everyone will agree, but I like its minimalist, functional design - it has verly little unecessary marks or styling that is characteristic of many fountain pens
    • I love the design of this pen, ink replacements are inexpensive but not easy to find at your normal store.
    • I like the designing and the material
    • I would recommend the Pilot 78G ($10 w/converter on ebay) or a Cross Solo
