This has a nice, comfy cushion underneath

I love the cushion , lap desk color and versatility.

It is nice looking, and comfortable but the cushion gets very hot while the laptop bottom itself is cool

I rate it four instead of five stars because the small bar across the bottom to keep your pen from rolling sometimes gets in the way of my writing tablet, but as a whole, the desk is a nice size, lightweight, and the cushion on the bottom is comfortable on my lap

The back is not one solid cushion , but rather two filled rows.

Cushion is comfy on your legs.

I wish the cushion were a bit thicker to elevate the laptop a bit, and the surface could be slightly grippier - my mouse slides right for off when it’s at a slight angle.
