Screen is MUCH darker then original LCD from nintendo that eventhe light from the lower screen can be very noticable which wasnot so from the original

Trying to get it to go through the hinge proved futile and the ribbon tore, ruining the screen.

I would recommend completely disassembling the hinge and separating the top half of the console (whole top screen assembly) to install
