Nicely made - and pretty - appropriately priced - the only reason it didn't get 5 stars is that I don't like the brown paper it came with.

The papers are good for either taking notes or even sketching

the paper inside is very nice it has a smooth texture that doesn't fuzz when erased on which is a big plus for me

I love the quality of the material and the clasps are strong, yet so is the paper so it will not rip out easily

Again, I wasn't expecting nice penmenship paper, but this was like a cross between cardboard and packing paper.

It perfect size for Carring around say in a smaller bag and was true to photos, the paper is also really easy to switch out and most markers don't bleed

Great size for traveling and the writing paper is really good quality also.

Better journal than I could have anticipated, has binder like rings on the inside that let you remove pages without breaking the journal binding and contains a beautiful brown paper inside without lines so it’s perfect for writing notes and drawing while on a trip.

The paper however is incredibly disappointing

The included paper also manages my fountain pens just fine - to be specific, a Pilot Metro with Noodler's ink

The paper seems like brown construction paper and it seems slightly darker than in the photos

It is very small and the paper feels very cheap but other than that, its okay.

I haven't tried the lined paper, but the paper that came with it isn't that great

The only thing I wish is that the brown paper was not so dark, the brown paper is darker than the pictures, too bad it is not a lighter brown or beige

So I was expecting mediocre paper and got paper I probably won't use at all and now need to order paper

I like that you can take the paper out if you don't like something you wrote
