The ones I go back to the most are Dark Carnival, which takes place at a cheesy little amusement park, and Dead Center, which involves a Shopping Mall and my favorite finale

To me for example, the endings of Dead Center and The Parish are arguable the hardest (and absolutely require a team effort), Dark Carnival would be next with Hard Rain and Swamp Fever maybe a little easier than the others

Dead Center features scenes right out of Dawn of the Dead, where you fight through a half-lit mall, aiming lasers stabbing through the darkness, zombies lit only by muzzle flashes.

the graphics r great, gameplay is entertaining, multi-player is fun, and the character dialog is hilarious
