These are brought up in a map in the bat cave by using the central console

I still haven't figured out what the point of the Bat Cave is in this game anyway

To get to Gotham from the Bat Cave, simply move to any one of the three vehicle platforms, ask Alfred for a vehicle and take off

The game doesn't spit you back to a home base, like the Bat Cave, unless you save and quit your level.

Red spotlights lead you to a Red Brick location, Blue spotlights lead you to a communications port with the Bat Cave and you can either transport to another part of the map, or have Alfred send a vehicle

The hub is basically the Bat Cave from which you can launch a level
