The game also comes with a lot of extra lego pieces that are only there to make the characters look cooler but have no purpose to the game except to make a mess on my floor.

I think the concept of building with Legos is great I love all the different characters you can make this is a great game for a 10 year old however it does have small pieces that are easy to lose

When it reads it the character magically works again on the base

so there's a lot of switching to the right character which makes it much more fun if playing with a friend

And just like the levels in the LEGO Dimensions Starter Pack, any character can use any vehicle or gadget in any Adventure World

I also recommend purchasing characters from different worlds because YOU CAN'T ENTER OPEN WORLDS WITHOUT A CHARACTER FROM THOSE WORLDS!!!Overall, it is a lot of fun once you get far enough into it, and I'm excited for some of the packs coming out this spring.
