Lego: Marvel Super Heroes, XBOX 360

    • The flight and driving mechanics are truly poor (flight controls are TERRIBLE), and they give you 50% or less of the time to get to each race checkpoint than they did in Lego Lord of the Rings or Lego Batman 2 (both of which had just the expected amount of difficulty -- with only having to re-do the hardest races 5 times or so to complete them).
    • :The game plays just like the other games in the series: easy controls, family friendly, local multiplayer
    • The controls are really bad (the slightest touch in the wrong way and the character goes in a crazy direction), and the time limits are really, REALLY unforgiving.
    • With a better control scheme, they could have created more complicated courses for their races.
    • However, the roadblock that prevents this from being my favorite is the DREADFULLY bad controls for flying.
    • The controls on this game, suck.
    • But when the game wants you to fly courses of timed gates in a race, these clumsy flight controls are a bit like trying to get your cat to jump through a fiery hoop.
    • For example, though Emma Frost can mind control various NPCs, she can't move objects via telekinesis
    • The only dislike about this game would have to be the flying, and the races in the air, horrible, horrible controls when you are in the air.
    • They broke the controls on this one, and must have beta-tested it with 12-fingered 15-year-old game addicts.
    • The one complaint I have is that I don't like the flying controls
    • He goes left and right fine, but the controls are so anemic on the up and down, you can forget most flying challenges
    • The controls are easy, it is easy to protect your self and destroy foes
