Decent tablet, very poor manufacturer support

Tried their support and it stunk

The terrible support experience I had with Lenovo lops off another star

It took me a ridiculous amount of time to uninstall all of those totally useless support packs

Horrible support!!!!

I liked the idea of a modern upgrade from my tab S 8.4, and had been hoping the 64gb/4gb version of this would come to the US
