Crazy bad support, questionable device.

The seller never mentioned this in their listing but the model number on the box matches the device I received

A quick shake on any of them will knock the pen off and while I'm away that devices like the Surface Pro 3 have the same issue, it doesn't excuse the fact that it's an issue on the Lenovo Yoga Book

If you're buying this device in 2018 the warranty has already long since expired, and as a result Lenovo refuses to do anything to correct the problem even if the device is purchased brand new.

This device could have benefited from a fingerprint scanner, for sure

My first impression of this tablet was that it was a pretty spectacular device

I'm using Win10 version of the device, as a note-taking/e-mail/web browsing/Skype and media device, and it works well

The device is secured closed via embedded magnets along the edges and can be a little troublesome opening since there is little to no indentation in which to place a thumb/finger in order to get a good grip

Summary: Great device if used as a more traditional laptop-style tablet, but the screen isn't nearly durable enough for screen-off note-taking as it is intended to be used
