Great headset good sound

I like the headphones sound, fit and appearance.

But then the left side completely stopped working set for strange buzzing sound

People on the other end of my phone call complain of a loud buzzing sound

Apart from those two major issues, the sound is pretty good and it's comfortable to wear running.

However, being on the phone end, you can barely hear the person talking and there is a terrible buzzing sound that goes away when just using the phone to communicate
