This is a very nice flash drive

Since I am a professional Videography as well as Photograhy I always buy Lexar memory (compact flash and SD memory) for all my needs in computer as well as Camera (and now for camcorders as well)

talk about affordable to go with handy and convenient, this sizable flash drive pretty much holds whatever you can expect for emergency media backups and transfers.

It is not the fastest drive out there, but if you are buying cheap flash drives you wont get SSD speeds.

I wanted a flash drive that I wouldn't easily lose and one with a cap or cover that wasn't separate from the flash drive

Received quickly but am very disappointed with the write speed, I was transferring, a 12g doc file to the new flash drive and it took over an hour and half to transfer the data, once transferred, you could access the data ok, but the transfer speed when transferring files is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable, intend to give away and not use, and look at a faster flash drive,

Before I bought the Lexar, I would use free flash drives handed out at events as marketing tools

I've only known of one defective flash drive six years ago where the plug came loose and the person was still able to make it work long enough to transfer the data, so "good" and "bad" really don't seem to exist for flash drives in their reliability

If you have a Mac and a USB hub, you can combine multiple flash drives like this into a software RAID 0, and multiply your total storage capacity.

After using for 0.5 year, I can say that this is a good flash drive

but it is also works with earlier Windows version as well as with MAC operating systems

this product is a piece of s~~~. a pure piece of lousy s~~~. buy this if you think wasting your time is a great idea.
