Lexar JumpDrive TwistTurn 8 GB USB 2.0 flash drives fail on me in the past 10 months

The red 4GB ones are very attractive, the red has a slight metallic/rubber look.

There is no 64GB capacity available (yet) but at least its usable

Not a poor quality plastic or a flimsy cheap stuff.32GB for $9 is not very costly either.

Of the two I bought (both 32GB) - one continues to work fine and the other - after less than 6 months of intermittent, and relatively gentle use - does not fit properly in ANY USB drive and is not recognized by ANY computer

When I plugged it in to Windows 7 it had 59gb of space available

What a shame, Lexar only gives me 58.4GB out of 64GB, that's a lousy 91.25%.Lexar support couldn't help me, its just a waste of time

That may have been OK back in 2004, but not today in 2014.I bought the 32GB drive on Black Friday at Office Depot as well as the 64GB and they are both going back.

Now just waiting for a less expensive 128GB drive to come out.

As other reviewers have noted, the 8gb lexar twist turn drive began displaying usb 2.0 messages and then began to rapidly mount and unmount itself.

The 32 GB drive works just fine with my PC.

The larger size 32G is perfect for making media backups, document folder backups, etc

The 8G is perfect for making bootable Mac OSX disks, which is really valuable if your optical drive is buggy or just plain dead
