Product arrived 30% non-viewable, suspect someone forgot to hook a backlight at the Middle Kingdom plant as the area is dark with or without video input

Having a wide screen IPS Monitor should be the standard!Only concern was that the bridge and two screws for the base connecting the monitor were missing from the box, soI had to buy a VESA mount to set everything up, but otherwise it'd be a 5/5.That being said, it is still an amazing product, and would totally recommend.
