The display was pretty blurry and I couldn't get a high enough resolution to match the resolution on
-
Even with the proper cables the resolution on this monitor is not supported by several Macbooks.
-
The resolution is no problem at all and honestly I'm glad its not higher considering I'd have to down-sample for games at that point while at this resolution I can still run anything on Ultra without lag
-
Older games look terrible if they don't have the right resolution settings.
-
Unfortunately, my laptop, or apparently any computer using a VGA out, cannot support ultra-widescreen resolutions
-
the lower resolution doesn't bother me at all and can barely notice it
-
The resolution will not work as ultra wide
-
Many applications don’t support 4K resolution and created crazy button and screens
-
While the UM68 is 2560x1080 it is double the resolution horizontally thus still needing a powerful
-
The positives- height and tilt adjustable, nice black, nice resolution, and good overall quality
-
I love the size of the monitor and the resolution is fine, games and movies with the 21:9 aspect ratio are great.
-
The optimal resolution for this monitor is 2560x1080
-
I had to buy a dedicated graphics card with high enough resolution (2560x1600) the on board graphics (1900x1280) is not enough
-
I wanted 3440x1440 which is a great resolution for 34"
-
This is where having a lower resolution is technically beneficial
-
The resolution is quite good
-
the vertical resolution (1080 pixels) matches my other two monitors so everything with my multiple monitors works out nicely
-
No complaints, but will get higher resolution with a bigger screen
-
Love the resolution, the huge size and 75 refresh rate.
-
No dead pixels and the resolution is great
-
I definitely recommend it if your games will support this resolution.
-
Original review: As another reviewer noted, this is monitor does not support 3440 x 1440 pixels resolution as is stated on this web page
-
Love the resolution and very competitive price too.
-
your machine does need to be able to support that resolution

I used the cable to connect the monitor to my computer, turned on the computer, set my Advanced Display Settings, and the LG monitor screen lit up like a champ (Microsoft’s display management is a bit cumbersome, but that is not LG’s fault.).
