The screen has great color and the speakers are passable (but please.. invest in some decent speakers).

I ran every troubleshooting thing I found online and spoke with tech support, I installed and uninstalled the drivers and other drivers, but nothing worked as I was diligent in my efforts even though I repeated several steps.

Especially since I was also able to confirm the cords all worked as I used them with other devices.
