Blacks are black with vivid colors

but, I promise you, the clarity & the color on this tv is superb

Color is amazing when compared to the other tv's I shopped, only think the oled is better, but not $2000 better.

Sadly the screen had white spots(3-4” spots)around multiple areas of the screen, the spots really showed when darker colors were on the screen
