Silly me, like many other reviews that I had read the set came in with a multi -cracked screen

I also noticed some dirty screen effect/

The screen had dents and cracks all over

Significant screen crack.

TV is great, but I gave up on Amazon after two TVs came with cracked (unusable) LCD screens and no external damage.
