The quality in picture is astounding.

The TV itself was purchased less then a year ago, and when we first unboxed it, set it up on the stand and turned it on, we where blown away by the beautiful picture quality

We chose this based on a Consumer Reports review that claimed top-notch picture quality, and they were absolutely correct

After a short period of time, a factory defect known as vertical banding began to appear in the tv itself, while being nearly invisible for the most part, it never interrupted the quality of viewing when it came to HDR movies and so forth

This OLED TV has amazing picture quality

Our last flat screen was difficult to hear and had to turn the volume way up, but this tv has much better sound quality

So imagine this, you clearly see the issue, it clearly is a factory defect, but now you must prove it to another person, over the phone, with poor video quality, using a IRE "grey tone" video when you can watch anything I have and see its everywhere

I needed a TV that not only offered an excellent picture quality, but also one that could satisfy my 4k PC gaming experience

Unreal I wont buy LG again after this
