The picture quality is fantastic, and the sound is good enough that I don’t need external speakers

Great tv, excellent picture, good sound, remote control is easy to use

The C/S assured me over a DOZEN times that it wouldn't be a problem getting a replacement since I had just purchased this TV within the last several days.
