Sound is weak but you’re probably going to buy a sound bar because most tv makers punted on sound after plasma kicked the bucket

Maybe it’s because I’m upgrading from an older TV or don’t use a home theater system, but I thought the sound on the TV was better than some of the negative

Beautiful picture, great sound, easy to set up,

I am still experimenting with the sound settings to get the optimal sound

The sound on this TV is remarkable right out of the box

So, fantastic screen.. though I bought the base level and later upgraded to this model because I like high quality sound and this model has an atmos capable processor

The sound is actually rather impressive for TV speakers, and the black levels are very deep, which is incredible.

The sound on this TV is also greatly improved from TVs of a few years back - definitely not like a sound bar or my home theater, but decent.

I also purchased the sound bar because the tv’s sound alone is not very good

Interface and remote is really good...and surprisingly the sound is amazing.

Great picture and sound but after 2 days of use the HDMI it could no longer receive HDMI input from the TiVo, or another TiVo - even with a replacement HDMI cable

A soundbar was sufficient for this location's use, but it is definitely not comparable to a proper surround sound system for a home theater type installation
