I only bought the phone 3 month ago and I all ready need a new one
After speaking with one customer service agent and SIX escalations to higher and higher supervisors, someone finally refunded me, added $80 in gift card to cover the gap between the price I paid and the available price now for a new LG G6, and helped me order a new phone.
If you're looking for a larger wider phone at a reasonable price this one deserves a look.
These were supposedly NEW phones that had a great price because Amazon made an arrangement to load them with Amazon apps.
I appreciate the price on this model when combined with the Amazon incentives.
It works well with Android Auto, accessing the net, email, videos, texting, a good camera
I wanted to keep it, the cameras were impressive, but I prefer stability.
Apps at your fingertips and a great camera (front and back).
The massive storage is great, and the camera is the most impressive I have ever seen in a phone.
, camera is great (having a wide and regular amgle lense provides more flexibility), seems faster than my old LG G4.Best aspect: Gets slightly better reception in my office than my old LG G4.Con: Cannot swap out battery, so keep it charged
The phone is very fast, easy to manage in one hand and very good battery life
I've had my G6 for about 7 months now: Every feature works great, extremely quick, design is gorgeous, camera is amazing (friends ask me to use my smartphone when taking pictures), no slow down, great battery life (easy 24 hours of average use without having to charge)

The only positive I can say is I love the large screen but even that is a concession because it is not OLED and it is to dim to see in direct sunlight

Especially how this phone has a Smart Lock feature of recognizing your face and unlock the screen, but before you could that, you have to have the lock screen, and to do that, you have to push the power button (alias the fingerprint screen button), so the whole thing about facial unlock is pointless, since you are already pushing the fingerprint reader
As a basic phone its good but don't buy it if your looking for a feature rich phone like the s8.The camera takes decent still photos but is awful when it comes to action shots
