Excellent picture quality, amazing sound, and you just can't beat the black levels of an OLED.However, mine was shipped from "Beach Camera Same Day Shipping" and when it arrived, it was packed in an extra box, and this box had a big "This side up" label, which was UPSIDE DOWN from how the TV was packed inside this extra box!

All in all, LG OLED C9 is an outstanding TV with superb PQ, pure blacks, popping colors, excellent off angle viewing, crisp sound and simply an engineering beauty

This is huge compared to my previous 4K set which required an optical output capable with adequate but limited 5.1 sound
