I didn't give it 5 stars because of the occasional apps crashing and slowness/lag of the phone

I wanted something with plenty of memory and the capability to store compatible apps to an sd card, would run those apps, and videos seamlessly while also (this is the tricky stuff) being a phone

LG restricts moving apps to your SD card so it can only be used for music and pictures.

The phone freezes regularly whether you have all those useless apps enabled or not

I enabled the Facebook app and the next time I tried to upload just one single photo, the app unexpectedly uploaded every photo that was on my SD card, which was several dozen, and every video I had on the phone as well, as if I wanted to blaze through my bandwidth uploading private photos into the control of strangers

The only sure way to solve that problem was to disable the Facebook app

That was a big selling point for me but the phone comes from the factory loaded up with nearly 8 GB of dozens of useless apps, actually I counted 60 apps, that you can't get rid of

Nowhere near as app heavy as the old phone, and I can simply disable the apps I don't want or use to minimize memory gobbling

Awesome phone, great pre-installed apps

Also i removed apps and it didnt free up any space
