The adapter for regular headphones/aux cables doesn't always work either

there's an adapter that comes with it if you lose the adapter you're screwed ,but other than that

The adapter to usewith headphones never worked.

He recommended this one, and overall I really have loved it - with the exception of the sound quality issues that people on the other end of the phone keep complaining about (has been an issue since day one), the film over the home button breaking (happened shortly after I got the phone), and the aux port adapter causing sound issues when plugging in another aux cable (fairly recently)

Product came missing a piece (I wasn't able to toggle the sound on/off) as well as with the seal not connected to the back of the case

I do find that on occasion it doesn't sense my touch as well as if there wasn't this plastic cover over it, but the benefits out weigh that little inconvenience for me.

It protects the phone as she takes it to the pool, watches tv on her phone in the shower and withstands her drops on a regular basis

The speaker doesn't sound as clear as without the case but most people use headphones and bluetooth speakers anyways
