For me, several people I talk to regularly have such a hard time hearing me when I am talking on my phone that I have had to remove the cover to be heard.

Not sure if this particular case was defective or not, but didn't want to waste time and effort exchanging

pictures worked every once in a while but not all the time.

For one, even though it passed the underwater test without my phone in it, it failed time and time again with my phone inside

Here's the backstory:I was sitting in my apartment having a great time with my roommate and my best girlfriend with no alcohol in sight (I know, hard to believe right?)

Phone case was very protective, I dropped it a couple times and nothing broke

The reason for 3 stars is hardly being able to hear response even with the volume all the way up and others have a very hard time hearing me.

I've only had this case for a few months but apparently that was enough time for the sealant to have stopped working, because it did not withstand a splash of water to my phone

rip off dropped one time and my sons screen cracked

I have tried multiple times to clean it properly on both sides and some things just don't go away

I have dropped my phone countless times and it protects it fabulously.

I actually didn't use the case full time on my phone so for it to fall apart so quickly is really sucky.

The little silencer button on the left side of the phone (IPhone 6s Plus) ripped on the case so every time I use it I have to be careful

though!*The fingerprint sensor/home button cover might look a little worn but never interferes with Touch-ID even after many many months
