You have to put on speaker phone to hear and callers have a hard time hearing you.

After just 3 1/2 months product is breaking cover to protect charging port, and rubber around the product is coming off, my son had bought this for his phone, to protect it because he has hard times with his iphones getting broken.

Not sure if this particular case was defective or not, but didn't want to waste time and effort exchanging
