It broke the first time I got it out of the wrapping to put on my mobile phone!Unfortunately a small black button immediately fell off & onto the floor

It’s a good case, I dropped it about 10 times already and no scratches or

I still have a hard time fully trusting it to keep my phone safe underwater (i.e. I don't blindly throw it in my bathing suit pocket and swim like it's not even there), but I'm comfortable putting it underwater for short periods of time to take video or just generally using my phone near water.

My all time favorite!

I’ve gotten this case at least four or five times in my lifetime— in the sense that .. I’ve bought it twice, and had to replace it several times because pieces would break off of it

I have always used Lifeproof cases, but this time I was very disappointed

Had this case and both times it fell apart within a couple uses.

and the case has protected it every time

The first time, the waterproof seal was somehow broken and water got inside the case

I wish I would have taken the time to try to return it, because now, its completely unusable

The case leaked the 2 nd time it was used.

It mutes the sound on the phone and the screen cover gets smudged all the time.

People would occasionally have a hard time hearing me, It protected the phone from short drops nicely

Not worth the time or money....

Second time, the plastic part that covers the camera I noticed was ripped

I wanted it to work right the first time

I have a hard time hearing people on the phone and other people have a hard time hearing me as well.

If you use Bluetooth or can use speakerphone all the time then no issue.

I have used Life proof with all my phones so far, and this one works great at protecting my phone, but whenever I talk on the phone everyone has a hard time hearing me, saying I’m super muffled or can’t hear me

I’ve also found that with the pink camo case, individuals on the line with me, have a hard time hearing me

Had a hard time getting the case on my phone

Well.. at least got us home at a decent time;)I didn't give it five stars because The front glass protector scratches very easily and once it's all scuffed

The headphone screw in cover also fell off all the time and did not stay in the circular hook

The speaker phone receiving is not very good with the case on, the fingerprint authentication works less than half the time, and you have to buy a separate jack connect headphones.

I’ve preach dropped my phone several times since I’ve gotten the case and it protects me phone perfectly

But the first time it went in the water water got into the phone and almost destroyed it

The third time, NOT GOOD AT ALL

I does make it substantially quieter in the ear piece and people are having a harder time hearing me

I dropped many times and the phone still working

the only downside is that it is a hassle to open and close the charging port all the time, otherwise it is well worth the $50 to keep your phone safe all the time.

After a few days I bought it the charger cover kept falling off , and one time I did not notice so it was lost

I have tried to reinstall it many times as recommended by LifeProof but still the problem exists

Has already protected my phone a couple times

People have a hard time hearing me on phone calls an the rubber outer part of case is falling apart

The headphone plug fell out the first time I unscrewed

I’ve dropped my phone off of horses, several times, into the dirt, with no damage, and cleaned it off by dunking it in a bucket of water

I had dropped my phone several time and my phone never broke

so I looked under the hood, freaking out the whole time thinking it was laying on the side of the road somewhere smashed, only to find it had fallen down beside my radiator jammed between a hose and the wheel-well, greasy and filthy but completely unharmed), and I have spilled soup, beer, and hotwing sauce on it a few times

This case worked the first time I used it then once I took off the case and used it a second time water was getting into the case

I tried it over again 5 times but failed everytime

Gasket between case halves fell out 4th time opening the case

They cracked and broke all the time

Ok but I have a hard time with headphone jack.

Last time I hung around a pool I found I had no place to set my phone to be sure no water or sand got into

n’t work at all

I wouln’t trust another case to secure my phone

n’t had that issue either

n’t just crack, it completely shattered under the case

n’t be too picky but the silent/ring switch on the side was delivered falling off
